About
I’m Karolina Bezaraite, a certified Yoga Instructor RYT500, based in Ambleside, The Lake District, United Kingdom. I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals around the world and yet I found my own path. I have completed my Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, where I have immersed myself in the depths of Yoga. Sharing my knowledge and teaching is something that fulfils me.
There's no doubt that Yoga can improve our lives and help us to re-connect with the self. Yoga is for everyone no matter the level, the size, colour or gender. I hope to see you on the mat soon!
